WildQuest

WildQuest is a separate division of Quest Group Australia. Its two fold purpose is to provide:

infrastructure, logistics and expertise in outdoor and adventure based experiential learning components of Quest Group Australia training & development programs and
unique, memorable and fun filled non training experiences for conference groups who want to simply blow the cobwebs away or want to re-energise and reward their delegates.

With its own specialist instructors, White Water rafting fleet and world class, purpose designed High Challenge Ropes Course, WildQuest is well positioned and resourced to deliver on both of the above functions.

WildQuest can provide a range of stimulating, customised indoor and outdoor activities for our corporate clients, designed as recreational session breakers, launches, rewards and motivators during conferences, retreats and events. Please email us for further information on WildQuest.

Rafting

The dynamic river environment provides an unique learning, development and recreational environment. As such, rafting has been one of the most valuable activities for our client groups. It is incorporated into developmental programs as a medium to explore leadership and teamwork. Additionally it can be successfully used as a standalone energiser, motivator and reward for conference groups. We have our own qualified river guides and rafting fleet.

High Ropes Course

Quest Group Australia has developed a purpose designed experiential training and development facility in Victoria. The "Quest High Challenge" is a state of the art learning experience which combines the best elements of high ropes courses, climbing and abseiling. Designed around specific team, leadership and management development models and projects, this experience breathes life into the theoretical learnings and enables effective transfer to the workplace.

This extensive and versatile facility, combined with our expert staff will engage your whole team. Our philosophy is one of "Challenge by Choice", where participants are given high levels of support and encouragement, but make their own choices as to the level of challenge they wish to undertake on the day. This may range from active roles and functions which do not require them to leave ground level to undertaking the most demanding of challenges. Your safety is our highest priority and is managed by experienced professionals using specialist equipment and procedures.

Other Activities

We have designed our own vast array of unique, engaging and challenging experiential learning activities. Each has been crafted to explore and replicate the many facets of human interaction and behaviour in organisational settings. These activities are strategically sequenced into a broader learning session or program to breathe life into, and provide clarity to, theory. They form an integral part of the learning process and significantly enhance retention and transfer of learning.
